I have completely, ok NOT COMPLETELY but for the most part, hoppped right off of the health train. I have come to realize that my problem is that I dove into it. I didn't just go gradually. I cut out EVERYTHING unhealthy. This, I'm sure, is the same issue that people have when they go on diets. Maybe that's technically what I did. Instead of a healthy eating plan, it was a crash course in silly dieting. My mistake. Any tips on how to get back into that healthy thing again, slowly but surely? Let me know!

Speaking of things that I cannot give up, Here I am with my favorite food group, the nacho. Texas State Fair style, of course!
See, I'm not a big person, of course you all know this. BUT I AM stinking short so the weight doesn't distribute very well. It all settles in a couple of places. For this reason, I don't care to completely cut out everything that I enjoy because I think I'm not in such bad shape that I have to do that to be healthy. I just want to figure out what I should cut out and what's ok to keep.

Girl...you know me! I don't eat fast food, don't eat out at restaurants, don't drink alcohol...but still need a diet makeover sometimes. I have eaten a mixture of doritos, popcorn, and carrot cake for dinner the past week. AAAHHHH! AND I'm getting married in 4 and a half months!!!! I am thin by genetics, but also have pretty much no muscle tone by genetics as well. We can encourage each other to be working out, and adding more protein, fruit and veggies. You DO have to make life changes gradually or they WILL NOT stick. I have seen so many people cut out entire food groups, only to gain all the weight back and then some. They are miserable and the DIET NEVER works! Go small at first, then you will crave the crap less and less. Hey, I only eat my favorite food (ice cream) like every 2 or 3 months now, and I don't miss it at all! I don't try to eat healthy for the weight so much as to feel better mentally and physically.
is that a chip in the shape of our great state? lol! we moved into our house and i found my photo album (i don't like photo albums!) and there were some old pics in there from like 5 years ago from a night out at city streets w/me, you, jess, and katy! hahah! fun times with karaoke!
Sigh, it happens. It's good to live a little sometimes though! What's life without chocolate, or chicken express!!
Moderation is the key. Except for nachos. Long live the nachos.
